It is based on repetitions of sets of movements specifically designed to improve health and wellbeing. Tai Chi is said to have benefits that other classes may not provide. The class is taught by Ken from Camden Adult Community Learning (ACL). Practicing Tai Chi can help improve balance, reduce the risk of falls, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. Additionally, it can help develop core strength to enhance stability and reduce back pain. To join the class, you will need to fill out an enrolment form and a course diary.
