Using our website
Our website should be easy to use for as many people as possible. Information should be clear, simple to understand, and easy to access on the device you’re using. The devices you can use includes assistive technologies like screen readers and voice control software.
You should be able to adapt our content to meet your needs. This means being able to do things like:
- listen to information
- increase text and page size

You don’t have to pay for assistive technology if you prefer not to, you can find out about some free options you can use. They can help if you need support with:
- vision
- hearing
- motor skills, for example using a mouse or keyboard
- language

- Android: settings > accessibility
Request information in different formats
If the assistive technologies don’t help, or aren’t available you can contact the service directly to ask for information in the format you need. For example, braille, easy read, or more accessible PDFs. Their contact information will be available on the website.
