Free swimming for over 60s
Free swimming for Camden residents aged 60+ who have a Better Pay and Play membership which costs £5.90 per year.
Weekdays between 6.30am and midday at Camden Better Leisure Centres:

Swimming on Hampstead Heath
Single adult session £4.50, concession rate £2.70
Cashless payment is preferred. Correct change cannot be guaranteed for cash transactions.
Hampstead Heath offers 4 places to swim:
- Parliament Hill Lido, a 60-metre-long open-air swimming pool, open 365 days a year
- Ladies’ Pond, a natural bathing pond, open 365 days a year
- Men’s Pond, a natural bathing pond, open 365 days a year
- Mixed Pond, a natural bathing pond, open from April to October.
Adults aged 60 and over are eligible for a free morning swim from 7 until 9.30am, by showing suitable proof of age.
Swimming tickets are available on a pay-as-you-go basis or as a season ticket at a range of prices, including concessionary rates.
No booking is required outside of the summer months.
