Parking on council estates

This is the improved Camden website. Tell us what you think.

Parking on council estates

If you want to park on a Camden housing estate, you’ll need to apply for a permit.

Check if you can apply

If a tenant management organisation (TMO) manages your estate, you need to apply to them directly.

You cannot apply for a permit if you live on a car-free development

If you’re a tenant or leaseholder, your rent account must be in credit.

How we prioritise

We do not have many parking spaces on our estates, so we prioritise applications in this order:

  1. Blue Badge holders living on the estate
  2. other tenants and leaseholders on the estate
  3. Blue Badge holders on neighbouring estates
  4. tenants and leaseholders on neighbouring estates
  5. council staff, business and non-Camden residents
