Camden Well and Warm service
The Well and Warm service provides free home energy advice over the phone and through home visits to council tenants.
Our home energy advisors aim to help you:
- manage energy use
- lower bills
- reduce existing fuel debt
- reduce the stress of keeping your home warm
This includes expert advice, talking with your energy suppliers, and the provision of free energy saving measures like draught-proofing, and low energy bulbs.

Seasonal Health Intervention Network (SHINE)
SHINE is an energy advice service that provides affordable warmth and health services for Camden residents. SHINE operators can check your eligibility for grants and discounts on your utility bills. They can also advise you on what to do if you are in fuel debt.
