Camden Council website improvements
Camden Council website improvements
We are making changes to our website to make it easier to use.
We know the website is not as helpful as it needs to be. Some things don’t work as expected and information can be hard to find or not accessible for all citizens.
We are redesigning the website to fix these problems. This will happen in stages and the first stage is now complete.
What we’ve done
We have made changes to the website, including:
- the way the website looks and feels, so it’s clearer and easier for everyone to use. Including for people with disabilities and using assistive technology such as screen readers
- improving how you can find what you need from our homepage and site menu
- easier to read information for our most visited pages
- a better website search that shows more helpful results
What's next
We are still working to improve the website and you will see more changes soon. This will include:
- easy to read information across the rest of the website
- improvements to our online forms and Camden Account
Your feedback
We've tested our new designs with citizens and will continue to work with you to improve the website.
Now we’ve updated how the website looks, we want to hear what you think of the changes:
- Complete our survey to give your feedback, which you’ll find at the bottom of each page
- Let us know if you’d like to take part in research to help improve the website
You don’t need any experience to take part in research. We particularly want to hear from people from diverse backgrounds or who are not confident with technology.
Report a problem
If you find a problem on the website or would like to send feedback, you can report an issue.
