The North Central London Health and Social Care Academy’s primary aim is to assist residents across NCL discover a new career or advance their already existing career in Health and Social Care. We recognise the increased demand to recruit local talent into local roles. This positively affects staff retention and organisational growth as well as supporting residents in becoming economically active and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

We want to work with you to advertise your roles across North Central London. Our Employer Engagement Officer will work closely with you to gain a deeper understanding of the roles you are recruiting for and the criteria candidates will need to meet. We will use this to identify the most suitable residents for your roles from a talent pool of job ready residents.
